I am fortunate enough to be able to have been involved in the real estate community for more than 15 years.  While I enjoyed my time as a REALTOR and an independent real estate broker, I decided to close my brokerage and move to Texas in 2007.  Wanting to maintain my connection with the Denver area, I did not sell my properties but now offer them for lease instead. 

As a REALTOR, I maintained a high standard of honesty and integrity which served me well in my business and personal relationships.  I continue with those standards as a landlord.  When a property is available, I seek tenants who appreciate those standards and who themselves also demonstrate similar characteristics as shown by having strong references including good credit histories and who clean criminal history which can be verified through a background check.
